We work in small quantities to keep the website fresh and up to date. For any items that are sold out but you would like to order, please email and we can try to fulfil your request.

 
     
     
  Delivery & Returns  
 

We will only deliver to the address as quoted on the order by the customer and take no responsibility nor accept any liability for the accuracy of the information supplied. The onus is on the customer to provide the correct delivery information at the time that an order is placed or contact us in writing prior to goods being shipped to amend the address provided.

If an order is returned to us because it has been held by the Royal Mail/Singpost and has not been retrieved by the customer for whatever reason, then we will not refund any part of the original postage cost and will charge a re-send fee to re-ship the order to a different address .

If goods are held by our Courier Company because the address details given are incorrect then a re-send fee will be charged to re-ship the order to a different address. If goods are returned to us by our Courier Company due to the customer not retrieving the goods for whatever reason or making a re-delivery payment, then a £7.50 handling charge plus the cost of the original postage and the return postage will be deducted from any refund.

Delivery

All items will be shipped within 48 hours upon authorisation of payment. Your order will sit in your shopping basket and once you have chosen your items and paid accordingly (for them) we will then arrange delivery.

Shipping time lines will apply as below:

Registered postage:
Singapore - (2-4 working days)
United Kingdom - (5-8 working days)
Worldwide - (4-7 working days)

Faster courier option available. 2-4 working day delivery to the UK and worldwide. Please email info@ribbonandroses.com to receive an exact quote.

All delivery times quoted are estimates only, based on availability and normal delivery time in working days.

Returns
I hope you enjoy what you have bought but if you are unhappy with something from Ribbon and Roses or would like to discuss an item, exchange or refund, please contact:

For Returns we can offer the following:
48 hours notice from the date you received the item, in which Ribbon and Roses would need in writing to info@ribbonandroses.com.

Please note:
We will not accept used, damaged or soiled goods unless they are deemed to be faulty at the time of original shipment by the vendor.

Ribbon and Roses will not pay for or refund the return postage if you are simply returning unwanted goods.

No refund of Exchange can be made unless all the conditions of our returns policy are met entirely as stated below:

- Customers in the UK and Singapore must return goods within 7 working days from the date of delivery. Rest of world to be returned within 14 working days.
- All items must be returned in their original package and in unused resaleable condition.
- Any item being returned must be accompanied by a returns form. We are unable to refund or exchange goods sent without any proof of purchase. You will recieve a returns form with your items.
- The customer is responsible for the postage costs incurred when returning an item. Goods should be returned by registered post only as we can not be responsible for parcels that fail to arrive to us.
- Items purchased in the Sale are non returnable.


Exchange
Please email info@ribbonandroses.com if you would like to exchange any items so we can check if the items are in stock. To exchange, please follow instructions as above.

 
     
     
  Payment  
 

Items purchased may be paid for with all major credit and debit cards via PayPal. We also bank transfer to our SGD corporate bank account.

All prices are in Singapore Dollars, but you are able to change the currency to UK Pounds. You will be emailed by PayPal to inform you that the transaction, on behalf of Ribbon and Roses has been successful.

As we are a small online boutique, we only hold minimum numbers of stock, please be patient if we do not have the item and you will be advised accordingly by email. We will do our best to replace items on your request. Should a replacement not be available, a refund will be done via PayPal.

 
     
     
  Gift Wrap  
 
All items will be gift wrapped in tissue paper and the signature Ribbon and Roses ribbon.
Also added is a Ribbon and Roses cotton sack filled with dried rose petals.
For personal messages/notes to be added to your gift, please specify this when purchasing and we can arrange for you. Please see our cards section if you require a specific celebration.
